My Daily Thrifty Tip for January 9, 2011

#41 Have easy to prepare meals on hand. One great way to save money is to eat out less often! Easier said than done right? I know there are nights when we are pressed for time (my daughter's gymnastics night to name one). We used to eat at McDonald's almost every Wednesday because of this. I've mostly put a stop to that by eating leftovers on Wednesdays or preparing something quick and easy like Hamburger Helper. The kids and hubby love it and it only takes 20 minutes or so to make. Add a salad or a can of green beans, and you have a quick dinner without grabbing take out. I buy Hamburger Helper when I have a good coupon, otherwise I will just use the store brand. This saves at least $10 when you are feeding a family of four! Plus it's healthier then french fries and a cheeseburger!

What is your best easy to prepare dinner?

Instead we suffer from it, by storing too much fat and
rarely, if ever, burning it. When we try to muscle through with just conviction as our
army we're doing it the hard way. Hair color refers to the coloring of all the hair while
highlighting refers to coloring only some strands of hair in a lighter color than the rest of the hair.
